How To Request Your SPC Transcripts

St. Petersburg College has partnered with the National Student Clearinghouse (NSC) to process official transcript orders. All transcripts include the college seal and watermark, with content verified by SPC. Transcripts can be ordered via email, electronic exchange through NSC, or sent by USPS First-Class Mail.

Transcript orders should be placed online. Current SPC students should log into MySPC and select the option Order Official Transcript under My Academics. Alumni and former students may access the National Student Clearinghouse directly, using the link below.

Typically, degrees are successfully posted to the transcript within 30 days after the end of the academic term.

Official Transcripts for Campus Pick up
If you need to pick up a hard-copy, printed transcript you may order your transcript in person at the Business Office at either the Clearwater, Downtown, Seminole, St. Petersburg/Gibbs or Tarpon Springs campus.

Please Note:

  • Your academic records are protected by federal law. For your privacy, transcripts cannot be ordered by email, telephone, or fax.
  • Once an order is submitted, it cannot be changed, canceled, or refunded.

You are responsible for paying the $5.00 per copy transcript fee and any delivery or processing charges when placing your order.  Payment may be made via debit or credit card. These charges are NON-REFUNDABLE. We recommend you review your Unofficial Transcript in MySPC prior to placing your order.

If you are sending your transcript to another Florida public university or college, be sure to select that option. Transcripts may be sent to these schools via FASTER (Florida Automated System for Transferring Educational Records) and you will only be assessed a processing fee.

Active duty members or honorably discharged veterans of the United States Armed Forces, their spouses and dependents may qualify for a transcript fee waiver. If proof of military status is not on file with the Office of Admissions & Records, documentation will be required before the fee is waived. DO NOT place your order online. Email SPCTranscripts@spcollege.edu for further information.

You will receive status updates on your order via email and text, if selected.

If you opt for electronic delivery, the National Student Clearinghouse notifies your recipient when your transcript is ready for retrieval using the email address you provided when you placed the order. However, we cannot guarantee that your recipient will retrieve or accept the transcript. Your transcript will be available for 30 days to download therefore we recommend you contact the recipient to insure it is received.

If you opt to have your transcript sent via USPS First-Class mail, it will be processed within 2 to 10 business days from receipt of order. Delivery times follow USPS standards.

You are responsible for entering accurate delivery information, ensuring the recipient will accept the chosen method of transcript delivery and adhering to any submission deadlines.

If you have any outstanding financial obligations to the college, these must be fulfilled before you can place your order. Check MySPC for any holds.
