Whether it's for work or fun, St. Petersburg College offers premium rental spaces at our campuses and centers for almost any occasion. One of the college's versatile and affordable spaces is the place where you'll want to host your next event. You can choose from performance halls, meeting rooms, labs and more.
Rental options are available at locations throughout Pinellas County.
With a driving course, courtroom and obstacle course, the Allstate Center, located at 3200 34th St. S in southern Pinellas County, is an ideal place for public safety training.
If you're looking for a beautiful setting for just about any occasion, the Bay Pines STEM Center, located at 4723 Bay Pines Terrace, is lovely, accommodating and affordable. The Center boasts a large main room with a gorgeous waterfront view, as well as fully-equipped science labs for teaching and learning experiences.
Our Clearwater Campus, 2465 Drew St., is equipped to host many different types of events. It offers a 500-seat Arts Auditorium, a lovely outside quad area, and meeting rooms for both large and small groups.
SPCs Downtown Center, located at 244 2nd Ave N, is a great place to schedule a meeting, small or large. It is in the heart of St. Petersburg's beautiful downtown area, with many hotels, restaurants and the city's bayfront parks within walking distance.
Looking for a place to hold a meeting, conference or collaborative think tank session? SPC's EpiCenter, 13925 58th Street N, is centrally located in Pinellas County and can handle single or multiple sessions at once.
SPC's Health Education Center, centrally located at 7200 66th Street N in Pinellas Park, features an auditorium along with meeting rooms for both large and small groups.
The Leepa-Rattner Museum of Art is a modern and contemporary space on SPC’s Tarpon Springs Campus. It houses a collection of more than 6,000 works of 20th and 21st century art. This venue offers space for events such as art exhibitions and receptions.
SPC's Midtown Center, located at 1300 22nd Street S in St. Petersburg, is a great place to bring people together for a meeting, instructional event or community gathering.
Under the umbrella of SPC, The Palladium offers two venues: Hough Hall - the 850-seat main concert hall, as well as the more intimate 175-seat, candlelit listening room The Side Door.
The Seminole Campus, 9200 113th Street, offers a high-tech auditorium - The Digitorium - that can seat 250, with four adjacent classrooms that can be opened to bring the capacity to 410. This room features state-of-the-art tech capabilities, with triple projector screens on a huge curved media wall. There also are meeting rooms for both large and small groups available at this campus, along with television production classrooms.
The St. Petersburg/Gibbs Campus, 6605 5th Avenue N, offers a diverse array of spaces for rent. This campus is home to the Music Center, which seats 310 people and has state-of-the-art sound and video projection systems, along with two Steinway concert grand pianos and a Heissler pipe organ also available for rent. There is also a beautiful outside quad area, a gymnasium and a dance studio, and even a planetarium that seats 46.
The beautiful Tarpon Springs Campus, 600 East Klosterman Road, is a fantastic north Pinellas County spot for an arts event. This campus is home to the Leepa-Rattner Museum of Art, which offers rental space. The Fine Arts building lobby is another lovely space that is available, and the outside amphitheater is perfect for music or theater productions.
Other information
In addition to venues, SPC offers miscellaneous equipment rentals, including audio visual equipment, tables, chairs, podiums and risers. Insurance is required for all rentals.
