Need to take an online proctored test, but do not have the space or technology to take it at home? You can schedule an appointment with one of our testing centers to take your online proctored test on campus. Appointments are required in advance. Please see the SPC Testing Locations tab for a list of testing centers and contact information.
If you are visiting a campus without an appointment, please arrive with enough time to complete your test.

Fee exemption
- Students who have received a fee waiver from the Department of Children and Families (DCF) do not have to pay fees for PERT retakes.
Your SPC course may require one or more of your assessments to be proctored. Beginning January 2024, proctoring will be facilitated through a fully online platform called Respondus LockDown Browser. Additionally, certain courses may require you to test using Respondus Monitor. Utilizing Respondus LockDown Browser/Respondus Monitor incurs no cost; it is entirely free.
Students can test using their personal device. Alternatively, students who do not have access to a personal device can take their test at any of the designated locations provided below.
