8:30 a.m.-3:30 p.m. upon request. Please call 727-791-2623 to enter the gym.
Remember to bring your SPC ID, which you'll show the attendant each time you visit, and a towel. Please wear appropriate attire: a shirt with sleeves (no tank tops), sweat pants or shorts (no jeans) and athletics shoes (no cleats)
