St. Petersburg College is proud to offer the following continuing and advanced training for public safety professionals.
Center for Public Safety Innovation (CPSI)
The Center for Public Safety Innovation (CPSI) develops and delivers high-quality training for emergency and first responders, military personnel and the general public. We develop our web-based, video, broadcast and face-to-face-training using state-of-the-art technology and best practices in education and training. CPSI responds quickly to local and national needs and works closely with long-term partners like the U.S. departments of Justice, Homeland Security, Defense and State.
Fire Science In-Service Training
St. Petersburg College provides advanced specialized training for fire professionals at the SPC Fire and Public Safety Training Center and at fire stations throughout Pinellas County.
Southeastern Public Safety Institute (SEPSI)
The Public Safety In-Service Program, operating under the Southeastern Public Safety Institute (SEPSI), offers continuing education and career development advanced/specialized training for public safety practitioners and the communities they serve.
